American Grand continues to have good health. We know this is a direct result of our staff, residents, and their families working together to protect one another. We recognize how challenging this time has been for all. Thank you for being partners with us in fighting the COVID-19 virus. Together, we have managed to protect the residents at American Grand.
All staff and visitors are screened for fever and virus symptoms prior to entering the home and/or visiting. Residents are also monitored for fever and respiratory symptoms twice a day. We keep each other safe by continuing to practice social distancing of 6 feet, wearing a mask, and practicing hand hygiene. Staff routinely disinfect all high touch surfaces throughout the home. Visiting rooms are also cleaned and disinfected between visits.
American Grand has installed UVC lamps to our HVAC system. Germicidal UVC kills and/or deactivates germs, mold, and viruses such as Covid-19. We are also using free standing UVC air purifiers in our indoor visiting rooms.
The management team closely monitors all information and guidelines from the CDC and Department of Health to ensure we are doing everything we possibly can to keep everyone healthy and happy.

Now that the weather is becoming cooler and fall is upon us, we are excited to offer a variety of visiting opportunities.
Indoor visits at American Grand
Indoor visits will take place in the front “Sunrooms” directly inside the main entrance of both Signature North and Signature South.
How can I stay connected to my loved one?
We encourage regular communication with your loved one utilizing technology (i.e. phone, FaceTime, Skype) and are happy to assist any way we can. Please contact

How do I schedule a visit?
We have a couple of options for you. You can call Amy @ (920) 376-2808 to schedule a visit or to answer any questions you may have. You can also visit our website @ www.americangrand.com and click Book a Visit or Transportation. We have now added a calendar to our website for your convenience. The calendar allows you to easily and conveniently set up a visit.
Together we can ensure that these visits are safe by continuing to practice social distancing of 6 feet, wearing a mask, and practicing hand hygiene. We will be using the UVC air purifiers in our visiting rooms and staff will disinfect the areas between each visit.
