Our team members are paid competitive wages and have previous experience caring for older adults. We are able to recruit certified nursing assistance, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses and occupational therapists to our team. Nationally, the average monthly turnover for staffing is about 75%. In the past, our operational model yields a turnover as low as .08% a month.
