A Quick Thinker and Problem Solver
Vicki has been with American Grand for well over a year. She came to us with ZERO experience in the caregiving field. She shortly rose to be one of our best and most caring caregivers.
Vicki started on the North side on NOCS but quickly moved to second shift to be a charge person. It did not take long for the residents and staff to fall in love with her.
Her caring and empathetic attitude shine through even on her roughest days. This job is never easy but Vicki does it with ease and grace. It is very clear that Vicki has a special touch when it comes to dementia residents, knowing how to deal with them even on their worst days. Vicki knows how to handle anything and is a quick thinker and problem solver.
American Grand is incredibly lucky and honored to have such a hard-working caregiver on our team!
